Decent sized room, all in all had special stay.
it was in a marvellous and easy location 4-6 minutes walking distance from albert hall. greatly enjoyed our room that was also not cleaned or bed made on the saturday as well and available with alternate floors and a balcony, as example.

The room was very clean and quite serviceable as basic accommodation for an overnight stay.
The room was a little stuffy and couldn't easily be aired as only one of the two doors had a screen, and the mattress on the bed had seen better days.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and we were impressed. Service to our room was done exceptionaly well during our stay. We are glad we picked your motel and will tell our friends who are thinking of going to Launceston.

The staff here are very friendly, and the view overlooking the town is stunning; the apartment is cozy with a lounge, balcony, and complimentary tea and coffee, set in a peaceful hilltop location.

Lovely clean, well fitted out room with spa. Staff could have not been more helpful. View of Launceston, even from the first floor was lovely. I very much enjoyed my 3 nights there, and would not hesitate to visit again or recommend it to my friends. Well done.
Room was a little small - for more than one person. The door onto the balcony was nearly impossible to open. I also like to have any glass wear that I use to be replaced with clean ones, but I do understand that when busy, it would be difficult to wash up from all rooms.

Reasonably priced hotel. Charming, recently refurbished room. Lounge, kettle, tea, and coffee provided. Nice bedrooms. Super friendly staff. Great place for exploring Launceston.

Good location, inexpensive, very friendly service. Close to restaurants and bars (dinner, breakfast - as you can only purchase a basic breakfast package in the hotel).
Can be noisy (street noise), lack of own wifi service (need to purchase expensive pass via hotspot only).

Staff very helpful and efficient. Unit was basic but clean and provided all the necessary items. Good value for the tariff. Great to have ample parking and a great view of the city from the balcony.
